Taoist Philosophy

Reading up on this, I really liked this one idea it included. The entire philosophy is based around observing nature and going on the path to be one with the universe, and in one paragraph I read about the way they see plants.

When a seed drops and the soil is fertile, it will be provided with minerals, water and sunlight. It will effortlessly grow, going through it’s stages of life without needing to think about how to photosynthesise, or how to do any of its natural processes. It’s so easy - it’s nature.

The philosophy says that this is how humans should be; it should be effortless with us if we ever become one with the universe, or nature itself.

I don’t know, I thought that was an interesting perspective.
